The on-site Meadow Ridge Health Center is a certified skilled nursing facility with equipment and technology that redefines state-of-the-art. Our center is sensitive to the needs of our residents and their families and provides short-term rehabilitation or long-term care options.

Our 50-bed facility brings a unique touch to providing personal care to our residents. Our professional staff includes: registered and licensed practical nurses, a dietician, a social worker, and a therapeutic recreational director. Our dedicated dining room and for preparation staff ensure that all meals are hot and freshly prepared. Licensed speech, occupational and rehabilitation therapists are on hand to help our residents regain their skills.
