Meet Our Executive Chef

Executive Chef John Dykeman started in the restaurant business when he was 15, but it wasn’t until later in life that he was drawn to working in a kitchen in a senior living community.

Cooking Philosophy

It involves working with simple ingredients and letting them speak for themselves. “It is simple food done well,” he says.

His Mission

"I came here and immediately felt that I was making a difference in people’s lives,” he says. “When I go to my car at the end of the day, I feel like I’ve done something good.”
