Meet Our Chef

Chef Corey Seigel was headed to Berklee College of Music when a high school cooking class changed the direction of his life. With more than 30 years of experience, he brings exceptional kitchen skills to our dining experience.

Cooking Philosophy

“Authenticity would be the biggest keyword,” he says. “Everything that we do, we try to make it as real as possible, so nothing appears contrived.”
