Chef-prepared meals are all made to order using the freshest ingredients. Special orders are welcome and served by a dedicated dining team.
Executive Chef John Dykeman started in the restaurant business when he was 15, but it wasn’t until later in life that he was drawn to working in a kitchen in a senior living community.
It involves working with simple ingredients and letting them speak for themselves. “It is simple food done well,” he says
“I came here and immediately felt that I was making a difference in people’s lives,” he says. “When I go to my car at the end of the day, I feel like I’ve done something good.”
