Role and Responsibilities

In her role as the marketing assistant at Meadow Ridge, Kimberly Picone ensures a seamless experience for prospective residents from their initial contact with the community to their eventual move-in. She supports the sales team, anticipating their needs and proactively managing inventory to ensure uninterrupted operations. Additionally, Kimberly plays a pivotal role in event planning and management programs, such as Meadow Ridge University, the resident referral program and the scholarship fund. Her dedication extends to nurturing vendor relationships, ensuring the community’s needs are met with care and attention to detail.

When asked what she likes best about working at Meadow Ridge, Kimberly says, “I feel like it’s cliché, but it’s really just the residents and interacting with them—getting to know them beyond the surface and helping them with whatever they need.”

In addition to supporting the sales team, Kimberly manages inventory, oversees event planning and management programs and maintains vendor relationships. Her multifaceted role reflects her expertise in marketing and operational efficiency.

Passion for Senior Care

“It’s really nice to have the opportunity to work closely with residents and have more of that one-to-one time that I don’t get in marketing,” Kimberly explains. “I love hearing their stories and watching them thrive in the various activities we have here.”
