Lorenn Lent

As Resident Care Director, Lorenn Lent works with the Meadow Ridge nursing department and interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care.

That means she gets plenty of time with residents, which is her favorite part of her job.

“I enjoy listening to the stories about the interesting lives our residents have lived and getting to know them and their families,” she says. “My favorite part of my job is meeting so many interesting people from many different countries and lifestyles—including residents and fellow staff members. Healthcare is so diverse!”

As a teen, Lorenn worked as a home health aide. Later she became a licensed practical nurse (LPN) and a registered nurse (RN).

She brings experience in home care and has worked as a charge nurse, RN supervisor and Director of Nursing. That gives her a unique perspective and helps her connect with staff and residents, ensuring residents “receive individualized and exceptional care wherever they are on their journey.”

Loreen enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with her family when she’s off-duty.
