Paul Brown, MS, MBA

Associate Executive Director Paul Brown oversees Assisted Living and Resident Health Services. In addition, he works on special projects and assists Executive Director Chris Barstein.

Paul has a Master of Science in Exercise Science/Nutrition from Sacred Heart University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University.

He joined Meadow Ridge as Fitness Center Director in 2015, was promoted to Resident Health Services Director in 2019, and recently, to Associate Executive Director.

“I love my job, especially the aspects of taking care of the health of our residents and continuing to support their high quality of life,” Paul says.

He enjoys traveling across America, traveling overseas, hiking, and reading history.
