Role and Responsibilities

Associate Executive Director Paul Brown oversees Assisted Living and Resident Health Services at Meadow Ridge. In addition, he works on special projects and assists Executive Director Chris Barstein.

Industry Expertise

Paul joined Meadow Ridge as Fitness Center Director in 2015, was promoted to resident health services director in 2019 and most recently to associate executive director.

Passion for Senior Care

Paul says making sure the residents are comfortable and happy and getting the most out of what Meadow Ridge has to offer is his goal. “I love my job,” he says. “Especially the aspects of taking care of the health of our residents and continuing to support their high quality of life.”

Milestones

Paul has a Master of Science in Exercise Science/Nutrition from Sacred Heart University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University.

Personal Interests

He enjoys traveling across America, traveling overseas, hiking and reading history.
