Role and Responsibilities
Annefeia Rosario serves as the director of nursing at Ridge Crest at Meadow Ridge, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to residents. Her role involves leading a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that residents receive personalized and compassionate support tailored to their individual needs.
“I love what I do. Being able to help people on a daily basis has always been my passion,” she shares. “The people who work here and the residents create a warm, supportive community. It’s inspiring to see everyone come together to make this place feel like home.” Annefeia says her primary mission is to make sure residents are taken care of, and she appreciates that Ridge Crest always supports that. “I know we’re going to do everything we need to do to have adequate staffing and have the supplies we need to take care of our residents.”
Her favorite part of senior living is the residents and creating relationships with them and their families. At mealtimes, she takes the opportunity to make the rounds and greet as many people as possible.
Industry Expertise
With an impressive career trajectory that began as an LPN at Ridge Crest in 2014, Annefeia has amassed valuable experience and expertise in the senior living industry. Her journey from LPN to director of nursing reflects her deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare administration and her unwavering commitment to resident care.
“I have literally grown up from baby nurse to director of nursing here,” she says. Adding, “They make it very hard to leave. I love the residents and I love the people I work with.”

Career Journey
Before coming to Ridge Crest, Annefeia was in the National Guard, serving in Iraq from 2009-2010. It was there that she met her husband. After having children, she decided to try something completely new and went into nursing.

Her leadership philosophy revolves around the core values of empathy, integrity and collaboration. She believes in fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment where team members are empowered to excel and residents receive the highest standard of care. Her hands-on approach and compassionate leadership style inspire trust and confidence among her colleagues and residents alike.
Personal Interests
Annefeia cherishes spending quality time with her twins. Whether baking treats, enjoying family movie nights or exploring new culinary creations, she finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. She also enjoys immersing herself in a good book, allowing her to unwind and recharge amidst her busy schedule.
