Annefeia Rosario

Director of Nursing

Annefeia Rosario started at Ridge Crest as an LPN in 2014. She quickly rose through the ranks, first working the night shift, then returning to school to become a registered nurse.

After that, she soon became the day shift supervisor, was promoted to assistant director, then to director of nursing November of 2022.

“I have literally grown up from baby nurse to director of nursing here,” she says, adding, “They make it very hard to leave. I love the residents, and I love the people I work with.”

Annefeia says her primary mission is to make sure residents are taken care of, and she appreciates that Ridge Crest always supports that. “I know we’re going to do everything we need to do to have adequate staffing and have the supplies we need to take care of our residents.”

She says her favorite part of senior living is the residents and creating relationships with them and their families. At mealtimes, she takes the opportunity to make the rounds and greet as many people as possible.

“I love what I do. Being able to help people on a daily basis has always been my passion,” she says.

Before coming to Ridge Crest, Annefeia was in the National Guard, serving in Iraq from 2009–2010. It was in the military that she met her husband. After having children, she decided to try something completely new and went into nursing.

Annefeia’s favorite activity is spending time with her 9-year-old twins in her off hours. She enjoys baking and going to the movies with them. She also likes to cook and read.
