As the plant operations director at Meadow Ridge, Sal Gaetano assumes a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the expansive community and its intricate mechanical systems. His primary objective is to uphold the safety and comfort of residents by overseeing the efficient functioning of all facilities. Additionally, Sal and his team are entrusted with the upkeep of the picturesque 136-acre grounds across the diverse seasons of New England.

What is really special about Meadow Ridge, Sal says, isn’t the well-appointed campus. “What’s stayed constant here is that family feeling.”

Sal embarked on a varied career path, beginning with his honorable service in the U.S. Army.
