As the director of human resources at Meadow Ridge, Heidi Goodhart oversees all human resource activities for the community. This includes managing recruiting efforts, facilitating learning and development initiatives, administering benefits, driving organizational development and fostering associate engagement.

With over twenty-five years of experience in human resources, Heidi has honed her expertise, particularly within the hospitality industry. She has held various roles with renowned organizations such as Marriott International, Dolce Hotels and Resorts, Macy’s Herald Square, Hilton Hotels and Benchmark Hospitality/Doral Arrowwood.

Passion for Senior Care

Heidi brings a deep passion for serving others to her role at Meadow Ridge. She values the importance of providing exceptional care and support to both residents and associates alike.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dickinson College and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
