Meadow Ridge Announces Major Campus Renovations to Enhance Resident Dining and Patient Comfort
Meadow Ridge recently kicked off renovations that will enhance dining at the community and increase comfort within Ridge Crest Health Center. The project includes the addition of a new pub, main dining room renovations and updates to the Ridge Crest Health Center inpatient spaces. Renovations are expected to be completed by the fall.
“We are pleased to further invest in our residents’ experiences at Meadow Ridge. Our residents enjoy dining that is distinctive and tailored to their tastes—when visiting our updated dining room, they will notice that their dining experience is transformed. We’re also excited to see the pub bring our community together in a new space,” says Meadow Ridge Campus Executive Director Chris Barstein.
Dining room renovations will elevate the overall experience to match the exceptional quality of chef-prepared meals. Meadow Ridge’s culinary team, led by Chef Tom Villa, strives to ensure that the dining program accommodates the diverse culinary preferences and dietary needs of residents while delivering bright, balanced and flavorful meals. A new pub will provide the community with more informal space for socializing and connecting over hand-crafted beverages and relaxed meals.
Elevating the Culinary Experience: New Pub and Dining Room Remodel
Included in this project are reimagined resident rooms and common areas at Ridge Crest, Meadow Ridge’s award-winning Sub-Acute Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing neighborhood. Renovations will be made to the welcome foyer, dining room, activities space and the salon. The shower rooms will also get a four-star makeover.
These renovations are dedicated to creating a greater sense of comfort and ease for patients. In addition to updating the neighborhood layout and rooms to enhance the delivery of care, renovated spaces will feature more soothing colors and softer lighting to add comfort to the healing process.
Ridge Crest Health Center Upgrades: Prioritizing Patient Comfort and Care
“The comfort of our patients who stay at Ridge Crest is core to our mission—these renovations to the Center deliver on our commitment,” says Ridge Crest Administrator Paul Brown. Recently, Ridge Crest also renovated its therapy gym and outpatient office areas and added virtual reality therapy as a modality.
