Grace Ahern
Registered Dietitian
Grace Ahern is Ridge Crest’s Registered Dietitian. She is the liaison between the nutrition and nursing departments and is responsible for documenting all clinical nutrition information and monitoring the nutritional status of all residents.
Grace is passionate about improving nutrition for residents. “My favorite part of my job is being part of a team that works to improve the quality of life of our residents,” she says.
She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in clinical nutrition and says she got into the senior living industry because of her love of working with older adults.
In her off hours, Grace skis and does yoga to stay fit.
