Grace Ahern

Role and Responsibilities

As the registered dietitian at Ridge Crest at Meadow Ridge, Grace Ahern acts as the liaison between the nutrition and nursing departments. Her duties include documenting all clinical nutrition information and monitoring the nutritional status of residents.

Passion for Senior Care

Grace shares that she is passionate about improving nutrition for residents. “My favorite part of my job is being part of a team that works to improve the quality of life of our residents.”

Milestones

After graduating from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in clinical nutrition, Grace entered the senior living industry driven by her love for working with older adults. Her role as a registered dietitian allows her to combine her expertise in nutrition with her passion for senior care.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Grace maintains her fitness and balance by skiing and practicing yoga in her spare time. These activities reflect her commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle while also nurturing her personal well-being.
