Jeffrey Enchura

Food & Beverage Director Jeffrey Enchura started on his career path early in life, working in his family’s bakery on the Jersey Shore during summer vacations.

That led him to the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he earned his hospitality degree.

Jeff came to Meadow Ridge in 2017 as a temporary diet manager at Ridge Crest. He covered the existing manager during medical leave, but when the manager returned, Jeff was appointed to a newly created position: Assistant Director of Dining Services. In that job, he oversaw all food service operations on campus.

In 2018, Jeff and his team opened the Bistro at Meadow Ridge, a popular eatery that gets high marks for the service and food.

Jeff was fascinated with the operations and teamwork at his family’s bakery and marveled at the energy that a busy, successful establishment can generate. He took that fascination with him and applied it to his job at Meadow Ridge.

He was appointed Food & Beverage Director in 2021.

Jeff is a New Jersey native and has been married to his wife Lesa for 18 years. The couple has two boys, ages 14 and 10. When not playing with his kids, Jeff participates in the Olympic sport of curling for fun.
