Role and Responsibilities
As food & beverage director at Meadow Ridge, Jeffrey manages the financial and operational aspects of dining room service and culinary operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards. He oversees menu creation, staffing, budgeting and talent development while actively engaging in sales events and promptly addressing resident concerns to maintain service excellence.

Industry Expertise
Jeff embarked on his career journey at a young age, gaining industry experience by working in his family’s bakery on the Jersey Shore during summer vacations. This early exposure to the culinary world ignited his passion for food and hospitality, setting the foundation for his future endeavors in the industry.

Career Journey
Jeff joined Meadow Ridge in 2017 as a temporary diet manager at Ridge Crest, filling in for the existing manager who was on medical leave. Upon the manager’s return, Jeff was promoted to a new position as assistant director of dining services. His leadership and operational skills were instrumental in the successful opening of the Bistro at Meadow Ridge in 2018. In 2021, he was appointed food & beverage director, a testament to his exemplary performance and dedication to enhancing the dining experience for residents.
Milestones
Motivated by his experiences in the family business, Jeff pursued and successfully earned a hospitality degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Personal Interests
Jeff, a native of New Jersey, has been happily married to his wife Lesa for 18 years. Together, they cherish family time with their two boys, aged 14 and 10, creating lasting memories. When Jeff isn’t enjoying quality time with his family, he indulges in his passion for the Olympic sport of curling.
