Maura Nemer

Role & Responsibilities

As the Assisted Living program director at Ridge Crest, the health center at Meadow Ridge, Maura Nemer oversees life enrichment for residents in the Assisted Living and Mind & Memory Care neighborhoods. She leads a creative and dedicated activities team that ensures residents enjoy engaging and meaningful experiences each day.

Industry Expertise

Having served as Memory Care program coordinator before being promoted to Assisted Living program director, Maura brings a strong understanding of the Ridge Crest community. She combines leadership and a collaborative spirit to deliver programs that enhance quality of life and foster meaningful connections for residents. Maura also has a background in special education.

Passion for Senior Care

Maura was inspired by her grandparents’ experiences in an Assisted Living community and the supportive care they received, including Memory Care for her grandmother. Those experiences continue to guide her purpose. “In many ways, I feel like I’m doing a service in my grandparents’ memory,” Maura shares.

Her compassionate insight, intuition and sense of calling inspire the way she supports residents and their families—always with warmth, presence and genuine care.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Maura enjoys painting, going for walks and spending time with her husband.
